The project will conduct a trend analysis of contaminant concentrations in rainbow smelt collected from 1984 to 1999 in the Great Lakes bordering Michigan in order to show the progress that has been made in elimination of persistent bioaccumulative toxic substances within the Great Lakes Basin.
