Microbial Source Tracking: Feasibility of a National Database

This project will demonstrate the utility of the microbial source   tracking method to identify sources of microbial pollution in   watershed and source waters and will test the feasibility of using a   database of source-specific genetic fingerprints of E. coli to   identify sources of fecal pollution in geographic regions not   represented in the database.    (microbial source tracking); (MST); (bacterial source tracking);   (BST)
