The Occurrence and Fate of Selected Contaminants of Concern in Sludge Produced from Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants

The objective of this project is to evaluate the occurrence and fate   of selected contaminants of concern in sludge produced from   municipal wastewater treatment plants. The study evaluates seasonal   surveys of a selected group of wastewater treatment plants to   determine the effect of operation and digestion processes utilized   by different treatment plants and their effectiveness for removal of   selected contaminants of concern.    (chemicals of concern); (chemical of concern); (toxic organics);   (toxic organic); (toxic metals); (toxic metal); (wastewater)
