This project analyzes samples of water, sediment and bird feces from   Great Lakes beaches around the state of Michigan, to see what, if   any, strains of the sometimes-deadly virus migratory birds have   brought with them. The project also involves an RNA analysis of   samples which checks for all known forms of avian influenza.    (avian influenza); (bird flu); (virus); (viruses); (beach closing);   (beach closings); (E. coli); (escherichia coli); (bird); (birds);   (migratory birds)
