Help Investigator

  • Every project must have at least one Principal Investigator.

  • To add an investigator to your project enter his/her name and click "ADD" (if there is only one investigator he/she will be marked Principal by default)

  • Once you have investigator(s) associated with your project you can delete them by marking off the checkbox next to their name and clicking "Update List". If you have more then one investigator associated with the project you can change the Principal Investigator by marking the box next to their name and clicking "Update List".



    Investigator Details Help

  • If the name of the investigator you entered on the previous page matches any of the investigators already in our records, his/her name, email, and affiliation will be displayed on the screen. If this is indeed the investigator you were referring to simply select him/her by marking the box next to their name and click "Add Selected".

  • If the name appearing at the top of screen is not the investigator for the project or the name was not found in our database you can add a new investigator to our records.

  • To add a new investigator fill in the email address and, if applicable, the address of the investigator's webpage. Also check off the organization with which the investigator is to be associated. If this organization does not appear in the list mark "Other" and input the name and type of organization.

  • Clicking "Save" will add any new information you have inputted to our database.
